No catalog look. No universal-fit shortcuts. Every panel is shaped around the vehicle, the stance and the finished build.
Transmission tunnels
Hand-built clearance for transmission swaps, raised floors, air-ride chassis and altered driveline geometry.
Floors & structural repair
From localized floor sections to complete replacement, built with attention to strength and serviceability.
Rust repair
Damaged metal removed, surrounding structure assessed and replacement sections shaped to match.
Truck beds & bed raises
Raised bed floors and custom sheet metal for lowered and air-ride trucks without the improvised look.
One-off panels
Patch panels, closeouts, inner panels and details that are unavailable, discontinued or better built from scratch.

Send the vehicle and problem
Year, make, model, clear photos and a direct description of what you want changed.

Shop review
The condition, access, previous repairs and fabrication path are reviewed before a range is given.

Written scope and deposit
Approved work is documented. A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves the job and starts material planning.

Fabrication and approval
If hidden rust or prior damage changes the job, it is communicated before additional work proceeds.
Straight numbers
$100 / hour
$400 minimum job. Custom fabrication is estimated from visible condition; hidden rust, previous repairs and difficult access can change the final scope.

The shop

Marco Sheetmetal is a one-man fabrication shop in Mesa, Arizona focused on classic cars, squarebody trucks and custom builds. The work is hands-on—from pattern and fit-up through shaping, welding and metal finishing.
This is not collision production work. It is deliberate, one-off fabrication for owners who care how the unfinished metal looks before paint hides it.
